What is Chairfy?
Chairfy is online booking software (SaaS) for barbershops: a booking page for your clients, a schedule for each barber and automatic WhatsApp reminders. It costs US$ 17 per month per barbershop.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. They open your link on their phone and book right away. They can add it to their home screen and it opens like an app, with your barbershop's name and icon.
Do the messages come from my WhatsApp?
Yes, from your own number. You connect it by scanning a QR code, just like WhatsApp Web. Confirmations, reminders and review requests go out automatically, and you can edit the texts.
Can I take a deposit with DeUna?
Not yet. For now the client pays at the barbershop, as always. Deposits with DeUna, Payphone or bank transfer are on the way.
How much does it cost and how am I billed?
US$ 17 per month per barbershop, all barbers included (US$ 17). It is a recurring monthly subscription paid by credit or debit card; taxes may be added depending on your country. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No. It is month to month: cancel anytime. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, you get a full refund.
Do I have to set everything up myself?
No. You can set it up yourself in the panel in a few minutes, and our support team will gladly help you load your services, prices, barbers and hours at no extra cost. You can change anything later.
