This Privacy Policy explains how LINKET TECNOLOGIA E SERVICOS DE INFORMATICA LTDA (CNPJ 37.104.140/0001-10, Brazil), operator of Chairfy, collects and uses personal data.
1. Data we collect
- Sign-up / waitlist form: your name, barbershop name, city, country, WhatsApp number, number of barbers and, optionally, email.
- Campaign data: UTM parameters and the referring page, to know which ads work.
- Usage data: aggregated page-view and click counts, without our own cookies. Only if you consent, Google Analytics 4 sets analytics cookies.
- Barbershop customers: when a barbershop uses Chairfy, its customers provide their name and WhatsApp number to book. The barbershop is the controller of that data and Chairfy processes it on its behalf (processor), only to run the schedule and send booking messages.
- Payments: subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store card details; Paddle shares with us only what is needed to manage your subscription (such as subscription status and country).
2. How we use it
- To contact you about Chairfy and set up your barbershop.
- To provide the service, including sending WhatsApp confirmations and reminders on behalf of the barbershop.
- To manage subscriptions, billing and support.
- To measure and improve our website and campaigns.
Legal bases (LGPD / GDPR): performance of a contract, legitimate interests (service security and improvement, measuring campaigns), and consent (analytics cookies).
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers needed to run the service: hosting, Paddle (payments), WhatsApp/Meta (message delivery) and Google Analytics (only with consent).
4. WhatsApp
Booking messages are sent from the barbershop's own WhatsApp number. Messages are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
5. Cookies
Our booking pages use only what is needed to work (for example, the barbers' login session). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are used only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can refuse them.
6. Retention
Waitlist data: up to 24 months or until you ask us to delete it. Billing records: as long as required by law. Barbershop data: while the subscription is active and for up to 90 days after cancellation, unless the barbershop asks for earlier deletion.
7. Your rights
Under the Brazilian LGPD, the EU/UK GDPR and the laws of your country (such as Colombia's Law 1581/2012 and Peru's Law 29733), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details below; we reply within 15 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
8. International transfers
Our company and servers are in Brazil, so your data may be processed outside your country, with reasonable security safeguards.
